Service Delivery

  • All services provided are digital in nature and will be delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.

  • Delivery of services will be made via email, through a shared cloud platform (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar), or through the platform in which it was developed(Make.com, Zapier etc.) or through a secure client portal, depending on the nature of the service.

  • Any specific details regarding the delivery method will be discussed and agreed upon during the project initiation phase.

Delivery Timeline

  • The estimated delivery time for each service or digital product will be provided at the start of the project. This timeline will depend on the complexity and scope of the work.

  • Any delays in delivery will be communicated promptly. Clients will be informed of any potential changes in the delivery schedule.

Revisions and Modifications

  • After the initial delivery, clients are entitled to request revisions as per the agreed-upon terms. The timeline for revisions will also be discussed and agreed upon during the project initiation phase.

  • Revisions will be delivered electronically following the same method as the initial delivery.

Support and Assistance

  • Post-delivery support is available for a specified period, depending on the service provided. The details of this support period will be outlined in the service agreement.

  • Any further assistance or modifications after the support period may be subject to additional fees.
